Dodging the last set of fae guards set to drag me home to fulfil my duty to the arrange marriage, I decide to seek the help of someone that wouldn’t have any ties to Fae kingdoms.

Surprisingly, he accepted the deal to protect me from fae in return for doing jobs for him that would require my …stealthy gifts of being able to teleport. Of course I didn’t tell him about who my family is.
I’m not sure what to make of this 2000 year old vampire, but I do find his trinket very nice *smiles* . He says it will help protect me in case of dire need. I can feel fae magic ripple through it. {How strange}
